1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
The product arrives damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used herbal products.
2. Timeframe
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Proof of issue (photo or video) is required.
3. Process
Contact us at admin@mutionline.co.za with your order details and evidence.
Once approved, return the item in its original, unopened packaging.
After inspection, we will issue a refund or replacement.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to reflect (depending on your bank/payment provider).
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
